Registration 

Entries must be made through Ronin Racing HERE. The entry deadline is Wednesday, July 12 at 11:59 PM. Entries missing payment, waivers, or line-ups by this date may be scratched. Except for 1x and 2x entries, line-ups are not required when registering before the entry deadline. However, birth dates are required as races are sorted by age. Coaches and other registrants can upload their USRowing roster into their MyRONIN account prior to completing line-ups. Line-ups must be complete with names by the entry deadline.

Entry Fees:

  • 8+/8x = $150
  • 4+/4x = $90
  • 2x/2- = $60
  • 1x = $4o

Entry Restrictions:

  • Clubs are limited to two entries per age category — e.g. in the C-D 2x, a club may enter two C and two D boats.
    • clubs wishing to make more than two entries per age category should contact the race director
  • Individuals may row any number of races
    • please respect a 30-minute minimum between races. Races will not be delayed for hotseating.
  • A competitor may represent only one club. Exception is for the Alumni/ae 8+ event only.
  • The regatta is Masters only: all rowers must be 21 years of age or older in the current calendar year (by December 31, 2017). Coxswains and rowers in the parent/child 2x’s do not need to be masters age.
  • Composite crews are allowed but will not be awarded team points.

Waivers:

All rowers and coxswains must have a current signed USRowing waiver for an entry to be considered complete.

Waitlist:

Each event has an entry cap. Once the cap has been reached, entries will be placed on the waitlist. After the entry deadline, the Race Director may accept waitlist entries. Paid waitlisted entries that are not accepted will receive full refunds.

Refunds:

After the entry deadline, there will be no refunds of entry fees for accepted boats. Refunds, less any applicable handling fees (if any), will only be given to entries not accepted by the regatta or scratched prior to the entry deadline on July 12 at 11:59PM. Refunds will be processed after the Regatta. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for events canceled or delayed due to weather or other unforeseeable events. The regatta organizers will make every effort to run races on time. Inclement weather or other events beyond the control of the Regatta, however, may delay or require the cancellation of some events. Due to our overhead, we cannot give refunds for cancelled events. We value the safety and health of competitors above all other considerations and appreciate your understanding.
